Performance Measurement Benchmarking Report (Public)

Each year, OMBI publishes a performance measurement benchmarking report for public consumption. The report currently reports on 27 services areas with the intent of ‘telling a story’ and informing readers about the services provided within their municipality and how they compare to others. The report describes the service and provides a list of influencing factors that must be considered when reviewing OMBI results. Although the purpose of the report is not to highlight any one partner, rationale is provided to clarify results and identify anomalies or outliers.

Executive Report (OMBI Partners - Internal Use Only)

The Executive Report is produced annually and is provided to OMBI Board members and their Municipal Lead. The report can then be shared internally with senior management et al, however this document is not for public consumption. The purpose of the report is to provide an overview of all measures within a service area data set and highlights those measures (some publicly reportable; others still under development) that represent either key CAO measures or those measures that are relevant to a particular service or issue.

The 2010 OMBI Performance Benchmarking Report will be available in November 2011.

The next Bi-Annual Report will available in the Summer of 2012.
